Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of hire.
• ONS and Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification required to be completed before orientation.
• Oncology Certified Nurse required within two years of hire.
• Must obtain Crisis Prevention within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assess, intervene, and evaluate patient care from admission to discharge.
• Document care provided and outcomes; follow professional standards.
• Apply evidence-based practices and prioritize care based on patient needs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with physicians and other departments.
