Qualifications

• Oncology Certified Nurse required within two years of hire.
• Crisis Prevention certification within 6 months.
• Recent oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Plan, assess, intervene, and evaluate patient care with an outcome-focused approach.
• Document care, outcomes, and evaluations and communicate with care team.
• Prioritize care based on changing patient needs and collaborate with physicians.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure seamless oncology outpatient infusion care.
