Amerita is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for infusion clinic duties in Kingman, AZ. The role involves caring for patients in an outpatient infusion setting, adhering to standards, documenting care, and educating patients and families.

Requirements include an active RN license in the practice state and a minimum of one year of RN experience; infusion and IV therapy experience are preferred. This is a weekdays/weekends/evenings schedule at an outpatient center in partnership with KRMC.

Location

1739 Beverly Avenue, Suite 208, Kingman, Arizona 86409. This position is in partnership with Kingman Regional Medical Center in their Outpatient Infusion Center; all candidates must not currently be employed by KRMC but need to be a hirable status due to facility credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to policies and procedures addressing the scope of services outlined in infusion nursing services, state laws, and regulations.
• Adhere to INS and IgNS standards of practice, CDC guidelines, scope and standards of practice, and code of ethics as defined by the American Nurses Association.
• Collaborate with Mosaic staff to develop and monitor goals of patients’ therapies.
• Assess all patients assigned and establish and implement the Plan of Care.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Evaluate progress toward goals and make recommendations to physicians for changes in the Plan of Care based on patients’ needs.
• Complete comprehensive documentation of infusion patients.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous infusion experience preferred.
• Extensive experience in IV therapy preferred.

License/Certification/Other Special Requirements

• Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Physical requirements: The position involves frequently sitting, standing, walking, typing with fingers, and occasionally bending, reaching, climbing (stairs/ladders), crouching, and stooping. Ability to push/pull 21‑30 lbs and lift/carry 1‑10 lbs.

Salary Range

USD $40.00 - $43.00 / Hour
