Job summary

The position supports Magnet-designated care with a focus on transformational leadership and exceptional patient outcomes in a tertiary cancer setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California.
• BART or BLS at time of hire with commitment to obtain within 6 months.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Strong supervisory and multi-priority workflow management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinic and infusion functions under Nurse Manager.
• Plan and perform direct and indirect nursing interventions.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with professional standards.
