Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing care plans.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Communicates with clinical teams and physicians to coordinate care.
• Documents care in real-time for billing and compliance.
• Travel up to 100% for patient visits and care delivery.
