• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status at skilled visits.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed.
• Communicates with clinical team, patients and families to coordinate care.
• Documents care in real time and ensures timely billing documentation.
• Performs duties in home or alternate infusion settings and adheres to policies.
