Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an alternate infusion suite under a physician’s plan of care.

You will train Infusion Nurse I’s, supervise care, document in real time, and communicate with the clinical team to ensure patient safety, continuity of care, and timely billing. Requires active RN license, 1 year nursing experience, CPR, ability to travel up to 10%, and a commitment to HIPAA and high

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care and teaches patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs and status at each visit and updates plans accordingly.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s to ensure patient safety.
