Qualifications

• Active RN license required for state of practice.
• Infusion nursing experience is preferred and advantageous.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and provides intermediate nursing care in home or alternate infusion suite.
• Assesses patient needs, updates plans, and communicates with physicians and families.
• Provides training and mentorship to less senior nurses as needed.
• Educates patients and families on prescribed therapies and care goals.
• Documents care in real-time and ensures timely billing documentation.
