Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an alternate infusion suite, ensuring patient safety under a physician's plan of care. Work under structured supervision with opportunities to mentor others and collaborate with a clinical team.

The role requires an active RN license, at least one year of nursing experience, and current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required (in-person class per company policy).

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Organizes and participates in direct patient care and educates patients and families.
• Modifies plan of treatment in response to patient status or physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs at each visit and reassesses progress.
• Coordinates discharge planning and provides handwriting/ documentation as required.
