• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Initiates, develops, and implements an intermediate nursing plan of care and educates patients and families.
• Reassesses patient needs at each skilled visit and communicates changes to the physician.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Maintains timely clinical documentation and coordinates discharge planning as needed.
• Complies with agency policies, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
