Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an alternate infusion suite, ensuring patient safety under a physician's plan of care.

You will assess patient needs, perform treatments, educate patients and families, document care in real-time, and collaborate with the clinical team to maintain compliant, high-quality care. Travel up to 100% is required and an active RN license with CPR is essential.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care, documents care in real-time.
• Assesses patient needs at each visit and communicates with physicians.
• Provides training and mentorship to other nurses as needed.
• Ensures safety, compliance, and proper discharge planning when applicable.
