Option Care Health, Inc. is the nation’s largest home infusion provider, seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite.

You’ll work under supervision and ensure safety and continuity of care aligned with a physician’s plan. The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and readiness to travel as needed; strong documentation, collaboration with clinical teams, and patient education are essential to support care

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status at each skilled visit.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed.
