Zusammenfassung

Amerita is seeking a Registered Nurse for infusion in the home setting. The role provides 1:1 care to infusion patients in home visits across Hudson, Bergen and Union counties, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotations.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse; infusion/home health care experience preferred; IV therapy experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assess patients and establish and implement the Plan of Care.
• Adhere to policies and procedures addressing infusion nursing and home health scope.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, providers and patients to monitor goals of therapies.
• Complete patient care documentation in home or AIS settings.
• Manage vascular access devices and peripheral IV insertion; draw labs.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate nursing care with home health and other agencies.
• Participate in on-call rotation; complete expense reports and competencies.
