Job summary

IVX Health, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver specialized infusion therapy in outpatient settings in Connecticut. You will oversee patient care, provide direct infusions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires NP and RN licensure, board certification (AANP/ANCC), and BLS. FNP is preferred for adult and pediatric care, with strong EHR and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP and RN licenses.
• Board certification required (AANP or ANCC).
• BLS; PALS certification preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion centers or outpatient clinics is a plus.
• FNP preferred for adult and pediatric care.
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills and regulatory compliance know-how.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with on-site and limited virtual supervision of infusions and injections.
• Perform patient assessments and document SOAP notes; monitor responses to treatment.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and ensure EHR documentation accuracy.
• Support operations, inventory, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with referring providers and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
