Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, infusion therapy in outpatient settings across Montgomeryville, Jenkintown, and Malvern centers. The NP will oversee patient care, supervise infusions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver precise, compassionate care to diverse patients.

The role requires active NP (and possibly RN) licensure, board certification, and BLS; PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP license (and RN if state requires).
• Board certification with AANP or ANCC.
• BLS required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with on-site and supervised infusions.
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes; monitor treatment responses.
• Educate and support patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Ensure compliance and quality by maintaining accurate EHR records and HIPAA/OSHA standards.
• Optimize clinical workflows and assist with chart preparation and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.
• Support operations and training, including inventory, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working at multiple facilities within designated market.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.
