Job summary

IVX Health in The Villages, FL is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a full-time, outpatient infusion role. The position emphasizes direct patient care, infusion administration, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-centered environment.

The NP will oversee assessments, manage treatments, and ensure compliance with HIPAA/OSHA. Certification in AANP/ANCC and BLS are required, with PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP license and RN license (state dependent).
• Board certification required (AANP or ANCC).
• BLS required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center or outpatient clinic a plus.
• Family NP preferred; able to treat both adults and pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision; administer infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EHR records; ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
• Improve clinical workflows; assist with treatment planning and chart preparation.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Support operations: inventory, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Work across multiple facilities within the designated market.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support patient care.
