Job summary

IVX Health, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality infusion therapy in outpatient settings. You will oversee patient care, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver precise, compassionate treatment.

The role includes on-site and virtual supervision, emphasis on documentation, HIPAA compliance, and ongoing professional development. Eligible for CEUs, tuition reimbursement, and specialty certifications support.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state and RN license if required.
• Board certification in NP (AANP/ANCC) preferred.
• BLS; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections.
• Perform patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance and accurate EHR documentation.
• Assist with treatment planning and chart preparation to streamline visits.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Support operations, inventory management, and regulatory adherence.
• Work across multiple facilities within the market as needed.
