Job summary

IVX Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. You will supervise infusions on-site and virtually, assess patients, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold NP and RN licenses, board certification (AANP/ANCC), BLS, and preferably PALS. Experience in ambulatory infusion centers and IV therapy is highly valued in Fairfield County, CT.

Qualifications

• Active NP license and RN license (state requirement)
• Board certification with AANP or ANCC
• BLS required; PALS preferred
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center/outpatient clinic a plus
• Ability to treat adults and pediatrics (FNP preferred)
• Strong IV and infusion therapy skills
• Proficient with EHR documentation and HIPAA compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate and support patients and families on treatment expectations and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate records in EHR and ensure HIPAA/compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize care coordination.
• Support operations including inventory management and prior authorizations.
