Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for its Bradenton clinic to provide infusion therapy and direct patient care in an outpatient setting. The NP will oversee patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support treatment planning and documentation.

The role requires active NP and RN licenses (where state-specified), board certification (AANP/ANCC), BLS (PALS preferred), and experience in ambulatory infusion or outpatient clinics.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP license; RN license if required by state
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center or outpatient clinic setting

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Patient Care – deliver on-site supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision.
• Conduct patient assessments – evaluate, document SOAP notes, monitor treatment responses.
• Educate and support patients – guide patients and families through treatment expectations and disease management.
• Ensure compliance and quality – maintain accurate records in the EHR, review nursing documentation, uphold HIPAA/OSHA standards.
• Optimize clinical workflows – assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline visits.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams – work with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.
• Support operations and training – assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
• Demonstrate flexibility – work at multiple facilities within the market as needed.
• Perform additional duties – take on other responsibilities to support patient care and organizational goals
