Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to lead infusion care across our Houston market, including Bellaire and nearby centers. You will oversee on-site infusion therapy, perform patient assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in an outpatient setting.

You will require NP licensure, active board certification (AANP/ANCC), BLS (PALS preferred), and infusion experience.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state
• RN license if required by state
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC) required
• BLS required; PALS preferred
• Infusion center/outpatient experience a plus
• Able to treat adults and pediatrics (FNP preferred)
• Strong IV/infusion skills and protocol knowledge
• Proficient in clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and SOAP documentation; monitor treatment responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR and ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Assist in chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline visits.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Support operations, inventory management, and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain flexibility to work across multiple facilities within the market.
