Job summary

IVX Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver infusion therapy in outpatient settings, providing direct patient care and supervision for infusions and injections. The role emphasizes patient-centered care with cross-functional collaboration and ongoing education for patients and families.

The NP will assess patients, document SOAP notes, and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and quality standards while working across multiple facilities within the market.

Qualifications

• Active NP license and RN license (state requirements).
• Board certification: AANP/ANCC.
• BLS required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion centers or outpatient clinics is a plus.
• FNP preferred; ability to treat adults and pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision during infusions.
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and expected side effects.
• Maintain HIPAA & OSHA compliance and accurate EHR records.
• Support operations including chart prep and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional healthcare teams.
