Job summary

IVX Health in Fort Wayne is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient infusion center team on a PRN/day shift basis. You will deliver direct patient care, supervise infusions, and partner with a multidisciplinary group to ensure safe, evidence-based treatment.

The ideal candidate is an NP with board certification, valid licenses, and experience in ambulatory infusion settings, ready to educate patients, document care in EHR, and support continuous improvement while maintaining

Qualifications

• Must hold an NP and RN license where required by state; board-certified NP.
• Active BLS; PALS preferred; ambulatory infusion center experience a plus.
• Proven ability to educate patients and families; strong clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and on-site/virtual supervision during infusions.
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes; monitor responses to therapy.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations, side effects, and care plans.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance; chart preparation and accurate nursing documentation.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to optimize care.
