Job summary

IVX Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality infusion therapy in an outpatient infusion center network in the Houston market.

You will oversee patient care, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across Bellaire, Washington Heights, and Clear Lake centers. The role emphasizes direct patient care, treatment plan execution, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting operational and training activities.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in the state and RN license if required by state.
• Board certification in AANP or ANCC.
• BLS required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center or outpatient clinic is a plus.
• Ability to care for both adults and pediatrics (FNP preferred).
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and assisted supervision during infusions and injections.
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and EHR documentation standards.
• Optimize clinical workflows and support cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with referring providers to enhance care coordination.
• Assist in operations, training, and regulatory adherence.
• Flexibly cover multiple facilities within the market.
