Qualifications

• Licensure as NP and RN where required by state.
• Board certification by AANP or ANCC.
• BLS required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center or outpatient clinic.
• Ability to care for adults and pediatrics; FNP preferred.
• Strong IV/infusion skills and emergency protocols.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions.
• Perform patient assessments, document SOAP notes, monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and HIPAA/compliance standards.
• Assist in chart preparation and treatment planning to optimize visits.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Support operations: inventory, authorizations, regulatory adherence.
• Remain flexible to work across multiple facilities in the market.
• Take on additional duties to support patient care objectives.
