Job summary

IVX Health in Manhattan seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide infusion therapy across Upper West Side, Upper East Side, and Flatiron centers. You will oversee patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and deliver high-quality outpatient infusion services.

The role features a four-day workweek with daytime hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and occasional early/late shifts. New York pay range: $76k–$91.5k, with comprehensive benefits and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold NP license and RN license (state requirements).
• Board certification (AANP or ANCC) required.
• BLS required; PALS preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory infusion center/outpatient clinic is a plus.
• Treat both adults and pediatrics; FNP preferred.
• Strong IV/infusion therapy skills; emergency protocols knowledge.
• Proficiency with clinical documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and virtual supervision; administer infusions and injections with precision.
• Conduct patient assessments and document SOAP notes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EHR records; ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Optimize workflows; assist with chart prep and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams.
• Support operations: inventory, prior authorizations, regulatory adherence.
• Be flexible to work at multiple facilities within the market.
• Take on additional duties to support patient care.
