Job summary

Qualifications

• MS in Nursing is required.
• Active NP license to practice is required.
• Family Nurse Practitioner Certification required.
• Multi-state licensure required if practicing in multiple states.
• TB test and Hepatitis B vaccine (or waiver) required.

Responsibilities

• Administers therapies per prescriber order and center protocols.
• Completes admission process as directed by Center Director.
• Performs physical assessments and documents findings.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Educates patients and families about therapy plan.
• Participates in Quality Improvement program.
• Provides coverage for NP on PTO/LOA and supports new market launches.
