Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school.
• Active and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Registered Nurse license in Georgia with current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• May substitute a degree and certification from NCCPA with an active, unrestricted license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (BLS minimum).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient- and family-centered IV infusion care and coordinate care across the healthcare team.
• Advise and advocate for patients and families navigating the health system.
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals to update policies and ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in quality initiatives and program reviews.
• Perform duties as assigned.
