• TB test and Hepatitis B vaccination or waiver as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Administers ordered therapies according to prescriber order and facility policy.
• Performs physical assessment on patients and documents findings.
• Educates patients/families regarding therapy plan and follow-up.
• Maintains patient confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines.
• Participates in On-Call program and after-hours coverage as needed.
• Contributes to Quality Improvement activities.
