• Supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and oversee staff development and education.
• Manage chemotherapy administration, billing procedures, and documentation.
• Maintain chemotherapy inventory with Pharmacy and ensure compliance with policies and protocols.
• Promote a positive, teamwork-oriented work environment and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
