Job summary

The role reports to the APP Manager and is based onsite at 1153 Centre Street. The position requires a Massachusetts Master’s in Nursing or PA, MA APRN/PA licensure, and 2 years of licensed APP experience, with 5 years acute care

Qualifications

• Education requirement: MA Master’s degree in nursing or PA required.
• Licensure: MA APRN or MA PA required.
• Experience: 2 years APP experience; 5 years acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, counseling, and education in ambulatory, inpatient, procedural settings.
• Take histories and perform examinations; develop care plans.
• Order tests, medications, and write prescriptions.
• Document care and outcomes thoroughly; discharge summaries.
• Oversee care for complex patients; coordinate with teams.
