Job summary

Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join the Infusion Center team. The APP will serve as an infusion first responder, manage acute reactions, and collaborate closely with longitudinal medicine teams in an outpatient/inpatient setting.

The position requires Massachusetts licensure as an APRN or PA, with 2 years of licensed APP experience; 5 years in acute care preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Massachusetts APRN or PA licensure.
• 2 years of licensed APP experience required; 5 years in acute care preferred.
• Previous infusion center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, counseling, and education across ambulatory and inpatient settings.
• Perform H&Ps, orders, tests, and develop plans of care.
• Order medications and write prescriptions per policies.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and discharge summaries.
• Respond to acute events as infusion first responder and support infusion access.
