Endeavor Health invites an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) to join the Infusion Center in Arlington Heights, IL. The role provides patient care under collaborating physicians, performs histories, exams, orders tests, and interprets results, guiding treatment plans.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–4:30pm, with opportunities to contribute to standards of care and participate in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• License: Advanced Practice Licensure in IL; Federal DEA and IL Controlled Substance License required
• Education: Master’s level program in the specialty area
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience: 5+ years APN/PA experience in Oncology/Hematology/Infusion Center

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in the Infusion Center under collaborating physicians
• Obtain detailed history and perform physical examinations, order imaging and labs
• Interpret results and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies per protocol
• Collaborate with the health care team to achieve optimal outcomes
• Promote wellness and prevention across patient populations
