Job summary

Mass General Brigham is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital. The role involves direct ambulatory and inpatient care, including histories, exams, orders, and care plans in a 3pm–11:30pm schedule with occasional weekends.

Onsite location at 1153 Centre Street, Boston, MA. The APP will order medications, perform bedside procedures, and maintain high-quality documentation while precepting learners as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher required.
• Massachusetts PA license or an Advanced Practice RN license required.
• 2 years of inpatient hospital APP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care, counseling, and teaching to designated patient populations.
• Performs complete histories and physical examinations.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Develops plans of care and follow-up based on findings.
• Orders medications and writes prescriptions per policies.
• Documents admissions, progress notes, operative notes, and discharges.
