• 2 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of infrastructure and workload automation services.
• Ensure SLA, KPI, availability, and performance objectives.
• Provide leadership during service-impacting incidents.
• Manage staffing and resource readiness across supported services.
• Coordinate with clients and third-party suppliers.
• Identify recurring issues and drive permanent fixes.
• Lead Incident Response Team and SRE activities.
• Oversee automation initiatives to reduce manual work.
