Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of infrastructure, workload automation and IRT services.
• Ensure achievement of SLA, KPI, availability and performance objectives.
• Provide leadership during incidents and escalations with appropriate resources.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across teams.
• Manage staffing, skills, and vendor relationships.
