Job summary

Chain Electric Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead utility and infrastructure initiatives from planning through completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in a related field and PM experience in utilities or construction, with PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Project management experience in utilities, construction, or engineering environments.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define and document project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with company objectives
• Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead project execution by coordinating internal resources, subcontractors, and field crews
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction
• Supervise and evaluate the work of project personnel, ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards
• Review engineering designs, work plans, and cost estimates for accuracy and efficiency
• Analyze project financial data and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership
• Leads change by keeping people aligned, communicating clearly, and helping teams adopt new ways of working
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements
