Job summary

Our client, an international manufacturing company, is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Technician to support IT infrastructure and technology deployments. You will configure and replace network switches, deploy VDI endpoints, laptops, cameras, and wireless devices, and perform on-site hardware installations, including ladder work.

The ideal candidate has practical experience with SOTI/MDM, Wi‑Fi surveys, and is comfortable working on site to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on IT infrastructure, hardware deployment, or field support experience.
• Basic network switch configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience deploying laptops and other IT devices.
• Familiarity with VDI, SOTI/MDM, cameras, scanners, and wireless networking is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite and comfortably use a ladder when required.

Responsibilities

• Configure and replace network switches, redundant power supplies, and switch uplinks.
• Configure and deploy 10ZiG VDI endpoints.
• Set up and deploy laptops, Android phones, and scanners.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot cameras.
• Configure and manage devices using SOTI.
• Conduct Wi‑Fi surveys and document technical procedures.
• Perform onsite hardware installation, including work requiring ladder use.
