Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
• Experience managing applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and in the cloud.
• Proficient in observability and monitoring tools and techniques.
• Experience with ITIL processes.
• Hands-on experience operating middleware in enterprise production environments, including IBM MQ administration and incident response.
• Strong problem-detection skills and structured troubleshooting approach under time pressure.
• Working knowledge of Unix and Windows systems administration and basic networking relevant to MQ connectivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication to coordinate across distributed teams.

• Maintains operational runbooks, standards, and controls for distributed operations.
• Reduces toil through automation and self-service workflows.
• Participates in post-incident reviews and ensures corrective actions close out.
