Robinhood in Chicago and Menlo Park seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for specialized engineering roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like, develop sourcing strategies, and drive pipeline activity across teams.

You will collaborate with peers to share insights, improve workflows, and keep hiring moving efficiently, leveraging AI tools and modern sourcing practices to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates using research and outreach tools.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and provide clear pipeline updates.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (Gem).
• Ability to manage multiple roles and adapt to changing priorities while staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across technical teams, from outreach through offer.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using research and proactive sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide hiring progress updates.
• Collaborate with recruiters to share insights, coordinate interview activity, and improve efficiency.
• Utilize Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-supported tools to track candidates and optimize outreach.
