Job summary

MetaSense, Inc. seeks a senior enterprise IT architect with expertise in healthcare and government IT environments. You will design, integrate, and sustain large-scale systems and Medicaid/MES solutions, aligning with MITA and interoperability standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and translate technical concepts for nontechnical audiences. Ideal candidates have strong cloud experience (Azure/AWS), extensive experience with APIs, data models, and legacy systems,

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural modeling, data management concepts, and security best practice.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with vendors, system integrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Considerable experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or equivalent).
• Experience designing or supporting large-scale healthcare or government IT systems, preferably Medicaid or MES modules.
• Strong understanding of MITA framework and federal interoperability requirements.
• Considerable knowledge of technologies such as: Node.js,Java, Angular, React, Python,REST, JSON, XML, X12, FHIR,HTML5
• Considerable knowledge ofdatabases, ETL tools, relational databases, SharePoint, X12, and legacy programming.
• Knowledge of enterpriseintegration, service oriented architecture, APIs, cloudcomputing, ETL and modularsystem design
• Prior work with MedicaidManagement Information Systems(MMIS) or Medicaid EnterpriseSystems (MES).
• Experience in state government,public sector consulting, or largeenterprise architecture roles
