Job summary

Info Origin Inc. is seeking an experienced FAS Solution Architect to provide technical leadership for a new Fiscal Agent Services solution within a Medicaid Enterprise System. The role requires guiding architecture, integrations, APIs, and cloud modernization efforts in a hybrid environment in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders and vendors, creating diagrams and roadmaps, and ensuring compliance with CMS, MITA, HIPAA, and NIST standards across Medicaid modules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solution/enterprise architecture experience.
• Medicaid, MMIS or MES experience.
• MITA and CMS experience.
• Strong cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise systems.

We are looking for an experienced FAS Solution Architect to provide technical leadership for a new Fiscal Agent Services solution supporting a Medicaid Enterprise System (MES).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture, technical design and architectural reviews.
• Design integrations, APIs, data flows and system interfaces.
• Provide guidance on Azure/AWS cloud architecture and modernization.
• Work with business stakeholders, vendors, developers and cybersecurity teams.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation and roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions align with CMS, MITA, HIPAA, NIST and enterprise architecture standards.
• Support integration across Medicaid modules including Eligibility, Provider Services, Pharmacy, Third-Party Liability and Data Warehousing.

Required:

• Knowledge of REST, JSON, XML, X12, FHIR, Java, Node.js, Angular, React or Python.
• Experience with ETL, relational databases and legacy systems.
