Job summary

Victaulic, a leading pipe joining solutions provider, seeks a Sales Operations Coordinator for the Infrastructure Market. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align sales strategies, and drive data-informed decisions to support growth initiatives.

In this role, you will partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Management to ensure timely execution and clear communication across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience in Infrastructure market, MEP systems, or technical sales preferred.
• Demonstrated cross-functional coordination and communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and deployment ofInfrastructure market sales initiatives.
• Serve as the communication bridge between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to align priorities and timelines.
• Translate sales data into actionable information for manufacturing and supply chain to improve product availability.
• Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support decisions.
• Create and implement business strategies aligned with revenue growth in Infrastructure.
• Track performance metrics and milestones to drive improvements and agility.
• Prepare executive updates, cross-functional briefings, and initiative reports.
