Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator for the Infrastructure Market in Easton, PA. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies, drive product availability, and support revenue growth in the infrastructure sector.

You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Management to align priorities, track milestones, and deliver actionable insights from data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related fields.
• Experience in or exposure to the Infrastructure market, MEP systems, or technical sales environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional coordination and communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and deployment of sales initiatives targeting the Infrastructure market.
• Serve as the communication bridge between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functional teams to align priorities, timelines, and resource planning.
• Obtain actionable information from sales, translating and coordinating data analytics to manufacturing and supply chain to drive product availability.
• Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.
• Create and implement business strategies that align with revenue growth opportunities in the Infrastructure vertical market.
• Track performance metrics and program milestones, to identify and implement solutions and process improvements in support of continuous improvement and agility.
• Prepare executive updates, cross-functional briefings, and initiative reports.
