Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Technology Operations Engineer to support enterprise systems and infrastructure.

You will help ensure uptime, reliability, and performance across live, pre-production, and development environments, collaborating with senior engineers and business units. You'll implement and validate basic designs, troubleshoot issues, prepare components for installation, and contribute to testing and documentation of standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience.
2 years in IT support with distributed tech.
Experience in infrastructure and applications management & diagnostics.

Responsibilities

Implement complex solutions for designated infrastructure systems based on inputs from senior engineers.
Collaborate with senior engineers on options, risks, and benefits of designs.
Maintain and optimize live, pre-production, and dev environments for uptime.
Troubleshoot or escalate issues in applications, networks, systems, and databases.
Develop and validate basic system design prototypes to meet core requirements.
Prepare system components for installation and configure hardware/software.
Develop and execute basic infrastructure tests to verify functionality.
Lead validation/testing of small components within larger systems.
Document detailed standards for deploying and maintaining services.
Provide post-implementation support and system enhancements as needed.
