  • Enhance associate‑facing technology to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Review, approve, and publish policies for new store initiatives; sometimes handle documentation.

Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to lead, assess, support/design, implement, and roll out store initiatives that support store teams with driving business results. This role will accomplish this through the development and implementation of projects, best practices, and process improvements. This role supports the day‑to‑day store operations, including sales, service, technology, omni‑channel, and store communications.

What You Will Do

  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative analytics prior to development and after implementation to identify ROI, current/future state, and cost savings.
  • Interpret reporting and develop actionable performance recommendations that are distributed to the key stakeholders.
  • Provide real‑time information and guidance to stores requiring assistance with day‑to‑day procedural questions.
  • Analyze post‑project feedback to provide continuous improvement solutions.
  • Manage projects by building the project plan and ensuring on‑target and timely delivery of the desired output and integration.
  • Solve complex business problems by performing competitive and market analysis, utilizing subject‑matter experts both internally and externally where needed.
  • Enhance and develop associate‑facing technology to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Review, approve, and publish policies, procedures, and processes for new store initiatives; at times, execute the documentation process.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
  • Other or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.
  • 4 Years of Related Industry Experience (Installation, Repair or U.S. Home Improvement).
  • 4 Years of Experience in data analytics, performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, such as Gantt chart design and development.
Preferred Skills/Education
  • 4 Years of Experience in an Operations role.
  • 2 years of experience supporting store‑facing process improvement and operational rollouts.
  • Experience supporting or enhancing associate‑facing technology, store tools, dashboards, or operational systems that improve productivity and execution.
