Jacobs seeks a Project Scheduler in Puerto Rico to develop and maintain capital improvement schedules for PRASA. You will work with project managers, engineering teams, and contractors to track progress, analyze critical paths, and support program decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of project scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, transportation, or capital improvement projects.
• Working knowledge of CPM scheduling and schedule analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in Primavera P6, incorporating approved scope, activities, logic, durations, milestones, and key interfaces.
• Collect schedule updates from project managers, engineering teams, and contractors and verify progress, remaining durations, and forecast dates.
• Review contractor schedules for completeness and alignment with program requirements; communicate questions to the project team.
• Analyze critical and near-critical paths and explain schedule variances and impact on milestones.
• Identify delays, constraints, and risks; work with teams on mitigation strategies and recovery options.
• Maintain schedule baselines and records to support reliable comparisons over time.
• Prepare monthly schedule reports, dashboards, and supporting materials for stakeholders.
• Support planning, forecasting, and program controls by coordinating schedule inputs across projects.
• Participate in project review meetings and present findings clearly.
