Job summary

C2AE seeks a Project Manager focused on infrastructure to deliver NY Department of Transportation and local agency public works projects on time and within budget, while upholding the firm's quality standards.

You will manage schedules, staffing, and quality reviews; develop professional services proposals and cost derivations; and lead project teams while growing client relationships and cross‑selling services to expand the firm's impact.

Qualifications

• ABET Accredited bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer License (PE) is required.
• 8+ years of experience in DOT transportation infrastructure engineering is required.
• Project management experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: develop and monitor project schedules, staffing, PMPs and kickoff meetings, progress reports, and quality reviews.
• Business Development: cultivate client relationships, prepare proposals, and develop cost derivations for work.
• Leadership: lead project team meetings and contribute to firm visibility and professional development.
