Job summary

Metric Geo in New York seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead transportation infrastructure initiatives. Based in New York, you will oversee the full lifecycle from preconstruction to close-out, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.

You will coordinate with field ops, engineers, subcontractors and clients, enforce safety and environmental compliance, and drive performance across large-scale transit projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project manager experience in heavy civil construction.
• Proven success managing large-scale infrastructure projects such as transit, rail, bridges, highways, or urban civil works.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Solid understanding of contract management, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through close-out, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage day-to-day coordination between field operations, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.
