Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2 years of relevant work experience, or In lieu of education, 4 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Code project costs (subconsultant expenses, expense receipts, vendor invoices) with correct accounting codes.
• Update the project management system by translating client and project workplan data per contracts and change orders.
• Ensure costs are properly coded and allocated; monitor project status and update financial data as projects change.
• Manage cost transfers to and from projects/tasks.
• Review and approve project invoices; verify billed costs align with contracts and insurance requirements.
• Generate routine and ad hoc internal project financial performance reports for teams.
