Job summary

STV, Inc. is seeking a Project Specialist to support project managers and technical teams in Richmond or Virginia Beach, VA, with options for Fairfax, VA or Washington, DC.

You will manage project documents, coordinate deliverables, and help ensure work moves forward efficiently across VA, DC, and the region. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project coordination or administrative support experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering Technology, Architecture, Planning, Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project correspondence, files, and key project documents.
• Coordinate project documentation and deliverables from technical disciplines.
• Support subconsultant coordination with agreements, COIs, and closeout materials.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders, permitting agencies, and internal teams; log submittals and RFIs.
• Schedule meetings, manage logistics, prepare agendas, and track action items.
• Assist with project controls including schedules, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Support project closeout and knowledge management; organize project information.
• Provide limited office support such as supply coordination and mail handling.
